Inkthreadable Ltd
Inkthreadable is a UK-founded print-on-demand and dropshipping service, launched in 2013 by co-founders Amy and Alex Cunliffe (Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, 2025). All products are printed and packed in-house at their Lancashire facility using Kornit DTG printers, vegan OEKO-TEX® inks, and plastic-free packaging — making sustainability a built-in default rather than an add-on. With over two million orders fulfilled and seamless integrations for Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce, Inkthreadable is particularly well suited to UK and European sellers who want fast local fulfilment and eco-conscious production.

Wall Art & Prints
Inkthreadable offers 250+ customisable products in total. A highlight of the catalogue is the Stanley/Stella range — premium organic and recycled garments for which Inkthreadable is an official dealer. All products are produced at the company's UK facility, so availability is consistent across the range.
E-commerce Platforms
Inkthreadable offers native integrations for Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce, enabling automatic order import and fulfilment. A developer API is also available for custom storefronts and bespoke workflows. Compared with larger POD platforms, integration options are more focused — ideal if you operate on one of the three core platforms.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Production Time
3–5 working days
Shipping Speed
UK: 1–5 days after dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Next Day). EU: 2–21 days after dispatch. USA: 3–7 days after dispatch. International: 6–21 days after dispatch.
All products are produced at Inkthreadable's single UK facility in Blackburn, Lancashire. This provides highly consistent quality for UK and EU customers, with typical UK delivery in 1–2 days after a 3–5 working day production window. International orders incur longer transit times given the single origin point. Shipping options include Royal Mail Tracked (24 and 48-hour services) and DPD courier for faster or heavier parcels.
Print Quality
Uses Kornit DTG printers for premium colour reproduction. Stanley/Stella organic and recycled-material garments are available as the flagship sustainable range. All inks are OEKO-TEX® approved and vegan-friendly.
DTG via Kornit printers delivers excellent colour accuracy with CMYK-RG-W channels. Sublimation produces photo-quality, vibrant results on polyester products. Giclée prints are archival-grade for fine art applications.
DTG prints benefit from Kornit's industry-leading ink bonding; wash-fastness is strong when care instructions are followed. Embroidery adds tactile durability but can show occasional inconsistencies — ordering samples before launching new designs is advised.

Tools & Features
Inkthreadable includes a drag-and-drop product designer with free mockup generation. The tool is functional but described as basic compared with larger platforms — previews are available for most products. Sellers can generate mockup images at no cost before publishing products to their stores.
- DTG-printed custom neck labels
- Branded packing slips
- Gift message support
- No Inkthreadable branding on outgoing orders
Orders ship under your brand — Inkthreadable is not mentioned on packing slips or labels. Custom neck labels are available via DTG print (set up through your Brand Profile). Branded packing slips and gift messages are supported across Shopify and WooCommerce integrations. Plastic-free, recyclable packaging is used as standard.

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuine sustainability credentials — plastic-free packaging, OEKO-TEX® vegan inks, carbon offsetting, and recycled textile waste are built into standard operations.
- Official Stanley/Stella dealer — access to a full range of premium organic and recycled garments at competitive rates.
- High-quality DTG printing on industry-leading Kornit presses with excellent colour accuracy.
- Multiple print methods — DTG, sublimation, DTF, embroidery, giclée, and wide format under one roof.
- No monthly fees — free to sign up; pay only when orders are placed.
- Fast UK fulfilment — ideal for UK and EU sellers; most UK orders delivered within 1–2 days after production.
- White-label shipping — no Inkthreadable branding on outgoing orders; custom neck labels and branded packing slips available.
- Responsive support — live chat available on working days plus a detailed help centre.
Cons
- Single UK fulfilment centre — no local production in the USA, EU, or Asia, making international shipping slower and more costly than multi-location competitors.
- Limited integrations — only Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce; no native Amazon, BigCommerce, or Wix support.
- Basic mockup/design tools — the product designer is functional but less feature-rich than tools offered by larger platforms.
- GBP-denominated pricing — base costs are in British pounds; USD equivalents fluctuate with exchange rates, adding uncertainty for non-UK sellers.
- Embroidery inconsistencies — some merchants report occasional variation in embroidery output; sampling new designs is strongly recommended.
- Support hours — live chat is weekdays only (9–5 UK time); no 24/7 support.
Our Ratings
Ratings are indicative and intended as a comparative guide within the Printsgram directory. Print quality scores highly thanks to Kornit DTG presses and strong sustainability standards. Seller support reflects responsive live chat and a comprehensive help centre. Integration support and product variety are rated lower compared with larger multi-provider networks. Merchants should always order samples and verify current platform details.
